Join Venture Residential Development

We will participate in residential joint ventures using the benefit of investing a portion of our fees for a percentage of the project outcome. i.e. Duplex, triplex, other multi-unit dwelling types, condominium and co-housing residences.

Urban Design

Spaces By Rohan has a proven ability to craft beautiful space in tight urban space, while integrating modern and timeless technology elegantly and appropriately. Movie And Television Set Design

Occasionally Spaces By Rohan is asked to design sets for movies and television shows. We are a member of the Directors Guild of Canada – the DGC – in Assistant Art Direction. We combine our real world design knowledge with the imaginary and artful world of film and television. We are available for one to four weeks at a time. Set samples can be seen in the T.V. series ‘Suits’ and the movie ’Resident Evil’

Other

Spaces By Rohan is often asked to illustrate and write about the possible future of design in the city. Examples include ‘Laneway’ homes and studios – Bathurst Garage conversion. Also the Dufferin Grove Bio-toilet solution.
